This app allows you to record and block incoming calls and messages. It will display your current location on the map.
If you want to find out where the number is from, you can use the Caller ID Name and Address app. You can also use it to block incoming calls from your phone number. It also includes a contact history so you can see all the phone numbers you have received from.

To get the Caller ID - True Spam Block app, you have to install it first. You will need your phone number and your current location.
This Caller ID - True Spam Block app will work only with Android 5.0 or higher.
